Why put together a Catalog?
Catalog printing provides a special marketing advantage because catalogs have a particularly far reach and their impact is very long lasting.
Printed material is tactile. Except for the laborious task of turning pages, dealing with something printed is almost passive; you don’t have to sit in front of a computer, type anything to search. You can hold a catalog in your hands, mark it up, put it down and pick it up again a day later. It can, and often does, stay in the house for weeks.
Most catalogs have the appearance of modern magazines and are appealing to the reader. Catalog printing provides glossy paper prints with vivid images that are very graphically and visually descriptive, providing a kind of message that sticks in the mind of the reader over a long period of time.
Apart from being very effective in delivering marketing messages through vivid and highly descriptive photography, catalogs are also able to make it to places where other marketing tools can't.
Not too long ago, there were only three, maybe four, ways to place a catalog order: mail, telephone, visit a store or deal with a local rep like the Avon lady.
Now, a great many catalog orders actually come via the Internet. People read the catalog, decide what they want, and then go online to place the order.
It's Always A Good Day To Print!
